April 10th New Log On

the email linked to my other player account is out of service. is there anyway possible to set up a new password without an the email listed to player?

    It will depend on if you know your security question answer.

    Try logging into your Origin account at http://www.origin.com and see if it gives any options for forgotten details that will work for you.

    if not....

    Try contacting Customer support but don't tell them it's a second account!

    You can call the support.

    Note the times are set for non-summer time, they may be adjusted in Summer time daylight saving times.

    EA's customer support is there for you. You will have to try to contact them on this account and then provide them with as much information about the old account as possible to verify your identity. They will tell you what they need.
