EA knows EXACTLY what it's doing, they are reducing the attack effectiveness so you'll have to spend more resources and MONEY!! It SUCKS and EA apparently does not care if it **** off its paying customers.

Developers doing lot of mistakes but no , this wasnt a mistake at all. Classic words have 4 lvl malus, the FA worlds have 7 lvl malus cause you must spend resources also for your defense. T34 meant to be a classic world, they just forgot to adjust the levels and they made the correction in 2 days. Yes it sucks to make a correction after the start but still they fixed it quickly
