Its intermittent, and sometimes clears by logout and login so clearly an issue with one of the authentication servers rather than all. Have the patches been applied to all? This has now been happening for 3 days, rollback now please. Telling people to clear cookies and cache is not a workaround and causes unnecssary inconvenience for an EA caused issue. I look forward to details of how you will compensate us.
cleared all cookies and cache , also restart chrome browser but i am not able to choose an other world. When i click change server i get this https://prnt.sc/jf7718
Did also log out then log in to account
Sometimes it helps to put language on the home page to another language at this moment english does not work it just redirects to the home page dutch does not work either you can only play last played world atm.
but putting it to german or spanish and then select change world works just fine....
this was yesterday evening, at this moment other isseus seem to have arrived was just able to login one account but when i had logged in the second i cant start any world with that one
And now it works again....
so for all who have issues choosing worlds try selecting different languages on the home page before entering the choose world screen
Having problems with this too, I just cleared my cache and it worked for a bit but then when I selected another world it went back to the home screen and when you click change server I just get a swirly logo and nothing comes up.
Change the language to Deutch ( maby for you another ) than jou get your worlds you played in , BEFORE you choose the world you want to play in, change it back to your language of your choise then choose your world , and game on.
Have tried a few Languages , and it still does not work . Is this something that EA is working on ?Otherwise , no one will be able to join new worlds . Thanks
this is pathetic ................................................abysmal .........................................Address this and restore this game to its original settings ....... you lot been tweaking this far too much and broken it to the point its given up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I use imac 2012 and latest osx - for the last 7 days or so same problem, Chrome and Fire fox.
You know i pay money on this crap game right? i think you need to bring back zero hour and let us have fun again. As for this - well no more money for you!
I can not change worlds!!! Tried everything suggested, but nothing works. This is getting old. Time to find different game that doesn't take my money then not work.
By carrying out more tests I have been able to find that just deleting one of the cookie entries is enough to solve the problem in most cases: alliances.commandandconquer.com
-- DO NOT DELETE ALL COOKIES --
For those who suffer the error of not being able to change the world when once authenticated they click on the "Change server" option and using Chrome:
Deleting all the cookies and caches of the system will make us lose the configuration of other games or services of other companies that we have stored in our browser. So instead of "Delete everything" we will selectively eliminate everything related to our beloved game.
On the right side of the address bar we click on the three vertical points and choose the option "Configuration". We go down the page and click on "Advanced configuration". Within the "Privacy and security" menu we click on the option "Content configuration". And we choose "Cookies" among the different options shown. If we click on "View all cookies and all website data" we can see all the information stored in our browser on the different web pages we visit.
Within this section of the configuration you only have to delete the information related to EA and Command & Conquer indicated below:
Cookie to be deleted:
- accounts.ea.com
- alliances.commandandconquer.com
- ea.com
- forums.ea.com
(only if you access these forums with a different account than the one you are playing)
- gamecdnorigin.alliances.commandandconquer.com
- prodgame14.alliances.commandandconquer.com
(the server number depends on each world) Contains player information for each world
- signin.ea.com
Important note: Rest assured, EA and Command & Conquers information will be available in the browser once we access the game but we will have to reconfigure some of the options of each world and the scripts that we already had in motion. Example: http://prntscr.com/jftehr

Then we click on "Close session" of the game itself.
And we return to authenticate in the game, then we have again available the different worlds in which we play habitually:
