The problem with buying Funds

Good afternoon. Today I paid for the purchase of 50K Funds through QIWI wallet. Usually I often use this method for payment and no problems arise. Funds are immediately credited and the balance is replenished. But my purchase today still hasn't passed. Money was written off from the purse, and the replenishment of the balance of Funds did not happen. Please solve the problem and give feedback.

    Unfortunately, no-one here is able to address issues of this type with funds/lack of funds.
    You could try clearing cache, history etc and if that doesn't work contact EA support.

    I appealed to the support service 3 times. provided copies of the write-off receipt, but I was never credited with the funds. What else needs to be done? I'm starting to get annoyed by the answers that support doesn't know how to look for what the money was paid for.
