Thanks for helping to cure my CnC addiction

I'd like to thank the developers for basically breaking this game and making it so inconvenient to play that it is saving me lots of money on funds and providing me with plenty of time to play other games and break my multi-year CnC addiction.. I was playing on several worlds at once and it was convenient to be able to switch between them on tabbed windows. Thanks to EA this is no longer possible, they have managed to make it so difficult and inconvenient to change worlds I will just stick to one world from now on and save myself a ton of money in funds I was spending just to maintain decent capacities on all those worlds.

Let's all thank EA for breaking games to fix their imaginary login security issues.

I'm sorry to say but I must fully agree with lordofcb1. At this moment it's impossible to change worlds. No fun playing this game.

Are we talking about multiple worlds with the same account or are you using different accounts?

As far as I can see, having multiple worlds opened for the same account is still working normally.

stupid when there is games out there with no funding in it in any capacity gets problems fixed as soon as reported ,, not this game , same old ,same old , left unrepaired and really upsetting paying clients , and the blame is pushed on us the poor players . " check cache cookes etc etc etc " and its not us its you lot . old saying comes to mind ... if it aint broke , dont fix it !!!!!!!!!

i agree fully with lordoffb, the change over to open another tab is as stupid as dog droppings on a dinner plate, i play active on multiple servers with multiple accounts and spend much in funds. and spend even more funds for my team members accounts when i find they can not afford funds, EA has continually patched this game into a disaster, to a point that i am now looking for new different activity. i am going to break my CnC addiction. cant login to subs, it was a great game to play for a while but with the screw overs from EA patches this game has become a joke. it is not worth playing any longer.
what used to be a fun game, now just servers to **** people off when simply trying to login.
What happened to your test server, you know the one were you test stuff and get feed back about weather it is a good or bad idea and fix things before installing to all servers ? Geesh.

I am talking about my single account on multi-worlds and that is not working for me no matter how many times i delete files or reload browsers, or reboot my pc, the change world command does not work for me, nor does the web world browser which was working fine until the previous patch mangled it somehow. if I manage to get it to change world it brings back up the login screen with the new world in the selected info.. then if I click to play it gets hung up, freezes and then refreshes with the same world i already have open back in the information.

if their goal is to inconvenience players and frustrate them.. they have done a great job. It's starting to feel like the prior development team, where anytime they botched something, it was somehow the players' fault.

I'll post the procedure in detail here:

1. Go to the Main Page.
2. Log out of the game.
3. Clear Cache and Cookies
4. Close browser
5. Open browser again
6. Log back into the game

Keep in mind that you can only be signed into one account at a time since the new single sign on login is in place.

I agree with all the above players I can not log into W 107 no matter how hard I try, no matter how many times I clean out cookies, no matter how many times I reboot. your last patch and whatever your thought was about stopping others to log into other accounts is not a good plan. I'm on 4 servers, with 3-6 different accounts on each server and I am really getting annoyed with this. This account that I am writing on is currently signed in to 2 different servers at the same time and before your maintenance, I was able to sign in to all 3 servers with this account at the same time. I can't even go to options/my games and get into my other server, you need to fix this now not next week because the weekend is close. you have done this is the past had a problem and waited until the next week to fix something.

you do the math 6 accounts 4 servers funded on all of them. if you can not fix this I and many others will request refunds because of TA funds used and unused.

I haven't been one to complain over the years with all the **** changes and such but THIS time, it is beyond ridiculous. Revert back to the previous version a month ago before you really screwed up the game with you updates in last month. Should not have to login, hit login button, login again, and then hit PLAY button, and hope it works. Guess it might be time to go thru that process of giving it up.

Really you give us instructions on how to do something we been doing for ever. Can you understand the fricken thing doesnt work. It did work you until you guys did your breaking oh sorry I mean maintenance stuff again !!!

Chrome allows this but Firefox is taking ages to load the change worlds screen.

Daast sorry but I have chrome and firefox on both computer I use and it does the same thing on each most of the time ...but occassionally it works

For me when I try to change worlds , I get the home page into the worlds area check the link http://prntscr.com/jgkk4q having deleted the cookies didnt resolve the problem

It appears that in the case of the redirect, just clearing the cookies is not sufficient, so i recommend the long route:
Log out of your account, then clear cache and cookies, close the browser completely and open it again. Then log into your account manually and try again.

why not lok at the issues and sort them out at the games end .. not make us toil and work just to play game ... buck stops in EA and games fault not ours ... my PC is perfectly fine and plays The Settlers Online with no issues whatsoever.... wish the game and EA would admit its wrong and address this asap ... not foister the blame on our PC,Laptops etc etc !!!!!!!!

que tonto el que puso ese parche, lo mínimo que tendrían que hacer los jerarcas de C&C seria correr a los que pusieron ese parche, antes que sigan abandonando muchos miembros el juego, lastima de verdad que pongan a este tipo de personas que no tienen ni la minima idea de como mejorar un juego... Saludos

same here.
ive lost capacities on different worlds now, lost enough money now that they wont refund.
still unable to properly login with my main account and play any world for that matter.

but hey, i need to clear cache and cookies and its all my fault right ?

Right I use Chrome and for past 5 years have been able to open 4 or 5 accounts using TAB system on Chrome, No Problem
UNTIL 4 Hours ago
now when I try to open and load the second account in a new Tab the first Logs out same with 3rd Tab and 4th Tab
By using Chrome Tabs you in effect are on 4 Different Windows and should be able to Log on to all Tabs with out it effecting others This now does not happen
Half hour to log on play 5 mins get kick off Server and so on.
By the way I have cleansed my Cache so many times its sparkling
and dont try to blame CHROME
I am getting totally Peed off I will play (sorry TRY TO PLAY) until I badge my 4 accounts which are all funded
Then Thats It. I did have plans to take my 3 alliances (150 players) to a New world after we all Badge on Wrath 19 But think that is now a Dream. UNLESS THINGS CHANGE
EA and ENVISION if any of you ever read the Form TAKE NOTE or dont you care

One of the probs, we all buyed funds for more rt and cp, the storage are full now and we can't join those worlds. So that extra storage of rt and cp will expire soon, thats a big waste of funds and our money !!!!!
Also we have the prob, getting kick'd out of the clans, because i'm maybe put on inactive, din't play all other worlds for more then 1 week now. the only world i can play is Tib 28 .
