im logging in NORMAL. one world, tib33. and idk what is meant by f12. i click it, i see all the tech info, thats it. it still just sits here. stuck at loading screen.

For many people clicking on f12 speeds up the loading. If you click on the heading 'network' on the console that has opened up you will see individual files load. Some should take no more than a few milliseconds, some take 3-10 seconds. A problem file can be identified from looking at the list.

When you use it without the scripts and everything works fine, it's because one of those scripts that you have is causing problems. Locate the script (or several, if necessary) and deactivate or delete them so you can continue using the others.

The current security update of Windows 10 prevents the game from being called. After spending an afternoon mitigating security, I finally gave up and turned off Defender. Now the game loads faster than ever. It was not only the game affected, but also other websites. All scripts work again, EA did not do anything wrong.

Can you tell me what Version of Windows you are operating and the version of your WinDefender?

Hi Elphterion, ich habe Windows 10 auf 2 Rechnern. Als das PTE zuende war, habe ich bei beiden das Update zugelassen. Danach konnte ich mit keinem der beiden Rechner mehr auf das Spiel zugreifen. Mir ist aufgefallen, das die Ladegeschwindigkeit so stark herabgesetzt war, das das Laden gestoppt wurde.

Ich habe die Berechtigungen geändert und es half nur ein bisschen. Danach habe ich bei einem Rechner den Virenschutz abgestellt und das Spiel wurde in Rekordzeit geladen. Bei dem anderen Rechner habe ich nichts verändert und der kann nicht auf das Spiel zugreifen.

Hilft das Bild? Wenn nicht brauche ich Anleitung um den WinDefender finden zu können. Abschalten war einfach aber wiederfinden ist ein Problem. http://prntscr.com/kp4c47

It is now the weekend so he may not be along for a while.

To find the specific build of Windows 10:

Windows Key+I (letter i)

will open up settings - if you've been there before it may not be in the 'home' screen.

Click on the 'Home' icon (top left) of the settings screen - then select 'System', scroll down the screen to the 'about' link and click on it.

Again scroll down the window that opens on the right, where you will see 'Windows specifications'

I suspect the version of Windows defender will simply vary depending on the build of the Windows 10 OS.

To get this:

On the screen you got the Windows specification from there is an optional link (above it) to'See details in Windows defender.
Click on that link and Defender security screen will open up.
At the bottom of the screen on the left (you may need to scroll a little) is a 'Settings' option.

Click on this.

On the screen that opens up, at the top right is a link to 'About'. Click on this!
You will then see the version details of your defender.

You have to prioritize, I prefer fast Internet more, as the pseudo security of Windows.

Here comes the next problem. This time for Firefox.

Since last night I can now load the game with both PCs. I have changed nothing.

The changes to Firefox will be well documented and I'm certain the game developers will be aware of the potential for good (as viewed by players) or evil (as viewed by EA).

You are right in thinking it could lead to more issues and some of the cookies (we keep deleting them to play the game) will probably fall foul of the Firefox moves.

Unfortunately, EA probably control most of those cookies (or 3rd party companies that EA use) and Envision will have little say in their use. We will just have to wait and see what happens over the next few months.

I haven't been able to log on for two weeks or so with the bad server. All accounts got smashed and died. How can TA compensate me?

There have been a number of 'tricks' that you can use to log in.

1) clearing cookies, session files and history sometimes works
2) Pressing F12 while the progress bar hesitates frequently improves the speed of the bar
3) Using a different browser
4) Stopping all scripts
5) Looking at your firewall settings and reports to see if that is causing the blockage
6) Try a different computer
7) Logging out of the game completely by logging in then using the logout link, also logging out of these forums as well.

You need to try all of these, sometimes multiple times. The servers themselves are working within their tolerances, it is something in-between (not necessarily to do with the player or the computer used). If you keep trying you will most likely get in. I can get in whenever I try, each time I see a report like these, so it is not directly the server.

Hello @hackle101 can you provide some more detail? What keeps you from logging in? Are you stuck on the loading screen or is there anything else?
If you have user scripts active, try to deactivate them when joining a world. Also try to clear your cache and cookies before you try again.

I'm still having issues, unsure if this issue is close to being resolved now but I have to keep reloading Chrome and clearing the cache and retrying. Sometimes the loading bar doesn't seem to do anything, other times it's just extremely slow and just hangs. It's the latest version of Chrome 64 bit by the way.

You're not the only still with issues on loading. I don't know how close it is to being resolved, but do know they are working on it still.
