for loss of packages, CP RT etc?

what are you going to do to recompense us?
i have played this game for over 6 years (stupid i know) in that time i have spent a fortune building up these accounts
what value do you put on them because if you do not fix this i want all of my money back

Worlds hosted on cncapp02 are nearly all back online, cncapp01 is coming back online over the course of the next hour, together with the worlds hosted there. So far the improvements implemented seem to world out for the worlds that have returned yet, so I remain optimistic.
It was fixed at 16 but now (after reload page) start fluctuating 11 to 54

My comment was meant to be amusing, gamerdruid, and seeing as neither you nor EA appeared to know what the problem(s) was/are I didn't see any harm in my jesting. But it would appear that 5 days of listening to hundreds of end users having a really sugar honey iced tea time not having access to their game has made you a grumpy old boy.
However, I'm not sure, if as a moderator you can ask someone not to post glib remarks as I wasn't posting anything defamatory, derogatory, or misleading.
Anyhow does anyone have problems with the login verification whereby a security code is sent to your email address? It says it has sent the code but for the last 3 days every repeat has yielded nothing
The 2 factor system has been working for me. Have you checked your spam folder?

Yes I have checked my spam folders etc, and tried all 4 browsers, including Internet Destroyer...I mean Explorer however nothing is coming through this only happened after I cleared my caches hoping ever so slightly that this would help me get back to my precious worlds.
The 2 factor system also has an ability to send to an alternative address and to cell phone aka mobile phone. It would be worth setting up these two alternatives.
I have occasionally found that I get 2 codes sent via the phone method (but they are the same) so that works too.

Yes I had hoped something like that would be possible, however, every security related item i choose takes me back to Login Verification/Security Code. Even when I try to open a new ticket. I've hit a brick wall - is there a [email protected] email address that you can send me to my email address please? boga at uk2.net
