Server issues on 9th to11th of September 2019 Don't POST HERE for 14-April-2020

After the latest problems, following the August maintenance/new server debacle, are you ever going to make sure things work properly before implementing them? Waiting for cncapp01/02/03/04 is taking longer and longer, if it works at all. Either sort out your **** or return all the money people have paid for the game.

Hello,
Does someone else experience issue that all his supplies dissapeared? I've got 14command points and also 12hrs repair time. And all is gone. Also after atacking bases with supply crates i did not see any new supply in my inventory.

Is this known issue or how i can fix that.
I all want my supplies back.

It does happen from time to time so could be called a 'known issue'. If logging out and back in does not restore the missing items then there is not a lot you can do about the issue. It often requires a look at the logs or even a reboot of the world to retrieve them. They will not be permanently lost.

Which world has this happened on?

For me it was happened on World 2

Can you clarify the world number? Is that original world 2, Tiberium 2 or a country/language world 2 etc?

After all the effort of changing servers we still have inlogproblems. This has been going on for months now and ther stil is no solution. If you go to "change server" after logging in that still does not work.

If anybody cares it should be the people that make or count money for EA. If you cannot use that item you cannot get into a new world.

So if anyone knows the beancounters from EA LET THEM KNOW THAT THEIR PROGRAMMERS ARE LOSING THEM MONEY !!!

Also inlogging takes at least 5 times as long as before the serverchanges... Nice to attrackt people to a "modern" game.

I'm at a loss to comment much - Change server is working for me and many, many others so the code is correct.

Change server is NOT working for me either. I have not been able to log in since the problems with the server move and, as a result, have stayed away. Now I would like to return to the game but I can not get back to world 74 (US east coast). Any help would be appreciated.

Having the same problem as seen on the screenshot OPI-LV posted here.
Tried with 3 different browsers. All of them gave me nothing but the blank screen.
Any solutions?

Have you tried deactivating your scripts when accessing the game?
Also please make sure to clear cache&cookies of your browsers.

did that already, i try Firefox,Chrome, IE, Egde, notting works, fress browser and clear all the Cache and eat all the cookies

where do you encounter problems with access to the game? Are there no worlds shown in My Games/World Browser? Or are you stuck during loading screen?
Can you tell me what browser you are using and what worlds you trying to access. Also please make sure to try without scripts activated.

I can reply for him,

Chrome, edge, firefox are slow as hell with loading scrins. You get log out often during play. game freezes constantly even if the fps is 60.

No matter if scripts are enabled or disabled or non-existent.

If you want to start a new server it is almost impossible because of above mentioned black screen.

The list of bugs, glitches and problems seem to grow by the day

Which Worlds are you experiencing this? We just did a reboot on Tiberium 35 that should improve performance there.

For the Blank World Browser, this is hard to reproduce on my end, so I'm currently gathering data on the problem.
If you get this error, please open the web tools of your browser with F12 and see if there are any error messages listed.
