New Tiberium World starting February 15th!

Attention, Commander!
A new world is about to start soon!
Tiberian 38 will start on February 15th, 2019; at 10:00 a.m. UTC.
Tiberian 38 has 15.000 slots, NO Forgotten Attacks, but WITH the morale system enabled.
Players will start with a fixed resource layout.
This world will be the first one to start with the new rules for Loot and substitution.
Prepare yourself and your alliance and be ready when the new world launches, to get the best chances to claim the top of the ranking and be the first to beat the fortress!
