Direct purchase of those crates is not possible, the remainder of the bundles are still in your inventory. I don't think we can reimburse purchases by fractures, especially since those crates have no price of their own.
That is totally totally not acceptable and probably illegal. I purchased the bundles totally for the rt crates nothing more. If you can not supply these which is what you advertised when i made the purchase then you are not supplying the product i have agreed to purchase from you. You guys need to re think this please and give refunds. Alternatively i will need to go through Paypal and raise it as a dispute which is just hassle i do not need when certainly morally and probably legally you need to refund these purchases.

and what about those ppl that already used their SP to enable the RT in their offense? Will they keep it? Its getting quite unfair all this situation. There can be players with hours/days of rt and some others with 0 ? Is it so difficult to just create a new server and just refund manually who ever used funds for capacities? Should be the minimum to bring back the normality
