Hi. I have same problem. Tiberian 38. All my bases have more building slots then buildings, and i cant choose any new.

Are there any scripts active and have you tried refreshing the page?
If the problem persists you can always try clearing cache&cookies of the browser.

But I suspect it to be a temporary problem that should resolve itself.

Did all of that. Still cant build new buildings. Hint : i can build new units.
