I think, it is programmed to use jetpack to reach the next barrier and not the first target...
Jetpack should not be used if a target is in range.
  • jetpack can be on but why they not shoot noone.... normaly zone troopers after palladin die should shoot evrythink in range specjaly main target Vehickles.... so they should attack and attack vehickles as first...
but they don't do nothink just go forward and die... :)

when the jetpack is on they are 'running fast' and don't shoot if they are on the ground, so presumably the action of the jetpack is such that the shooting is disabled.

^This. The jetpack is a different movement mode from the parachute that regular infantry uses when the air transport is shot down. I'm not sure why this movement mode is triggered in that situation in the first place, probably someone thought it would be silly to have jet pack units use parachutes?
Anyway, I'll see how we can improve the unit behavior to be more in line with the expected mechanics from other units.
