Tooltip too short or too long text

Hi @EE_Elephterion !
With the current maintenance of the PTE server I have seen (on the game server selection page) that when it is offline, very important, really important information appears in the tooltip.
But ... either the tooltip box is very short or the message you want to display is very long.

no comment about top row being tricky to click ? google chrome been like it for last couple updates, failing at this game are the developers
