19.3 Patch Notes and Maintenance August 14 query

I noticed on the above patch that worlds T13 and T26 were not included in the list for the bugs to be fixed (like parachutes) and various other changes. Do you know if there is a specific reason for this and if not when this patch will be implemented for both these worlds. Thanks

T26 is on the 21st August, T13 on the 22nd as per the announcement.
