Infected Challenge - Where did the bonus go?

I was online when we completed the infected challenge stage 3 a few hours early and we so we started getting the bonus early like we're supposed to. But then when the challenge normally would have ended the bonus stopped and we all got a message saying we failed the challenge. Come on EA...

I am no longer receiving repair time from the infected bases that are a higher level than my attack base. There is still 2 days and 4 hours left. I have attacked at-lease 4 bases and it has happened each time. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Is EA going to do something about this problem??? This is on Wrath 22

Unlikely to get any response over the weekend. As with most they tend to work 5 days a week and have vacations so don't expect any change before the challenge ends.
They do have staff on standby for world failures and other major issues, but not for problems such as this.

I am having this same problem.. After attacking an Infected base, I no longer acquire the loot of the repair time that was showing on structures previous to attacking.. I see no point on attacking these bases now over an outpost with a crate benefit. It was working on day one, but now, im receiving nothing after I destroy the infected bases..

I don't always get Repair Time when I kill infected bases. Please look into this. I believe it be a glitch or error in the script. I normally lose repair time and hardly ever gain RT.

We also use to get some special bonuses for all the repair and maintenance cycles. We don't anymore, what happened? EA getting greedy?

The difference between your army and the defence of the infected camp affects the amount of repair time you gain (or don't gain) as well as the cp you gain. The bonuses are released at the end of the challenge, or when the required number of camps are killed whichever comes first.

Thank you, but that's not helping. Defense of infected camp is 4 levels higher and still no repair time and no bonus.

when challenge began repair time was available in infected targets based on the level of the army attacking. that time is still listed in the targets but is not awarded

there is a maximum of 7d per account/player.

Thank you, but that doesn't help. Repair time is not rewarded under any conditions, Tiberium 39 and Wrath 22.

Hey,
The infected has finished, but we are not getting the 10% bonus..There must be an issue as it came up with the banner that we failed?
Also, when you do the defence reports, after camp lvl, it comes up with a 7 digit number instead of the 2 digit number..ta

Big problem with the challenge: we won the 20% before the deadline and I was able to use the bonuses a bit, then I disconnected and reconnected a little later and I had a message opposite saying that I lost ^ ^ and the attacks do not give more bonus of the challenge ^^ ...

I am getting inconsistent results:
World 26 - Stage 3 completed
World 32 - Failed
World 58 - Stage 1 completed

same here, got failed message on one world, challenge completed bonus unlocked on another but didnt get the actual bonuses on either.. the challenge bar just disappeared when the original challenge ended.

I can confirm these results - some worlds failed, some completed. Hopefully the logs will show which worlds are showing failed and not giving the bonuses or are giving reduced bonuses because part of the challenge wasn't completed. The staff will return on Monday when there would still be time running so should be able view this themselves too.
