i'm getting "500 Internal Server Error" on every link, including logging into an account

i have 2 accounts jo***[email protected] and j***[email protected]******.edu.

I have got no where as to why I cant login ea hasn't responded and its be several days.

Unfortunately we're unable to assist much with login issues.

Posting your email addresses is bad security and if it is representative of the security you use then I'm not surprised you can't login!

When you try to login, what happens? Error messages would be helpful.

Have you tried the 'recover password' route?

yes but it says the crodentialsar are wront or expired. i have done nothing wrong. and no one will tell me why.

when 'credentials are expired' it means you need to clear your cache, history and cookies which will normally allow you to then login.

If those already in have no problem but those who cannot "remain" in cannot access their accounts, the servers will need to be reset to the time of the error for fairness and equality to all at whatever time the error is fixed.
