EA funds not sent after payment sent.

After playing this game for years, I have been robbed! I was hitting a base, and i ran out of points, so i bought some TA funds. They took my paypal, did not send the funds! ****!

Unfortunately the only people who can sort this out are EA support. We cannot assist on this forum with payment issues.

well of course not! why would an EA forum help.....lmao! and their email listed with paypal isnt valid, nor is the phone number. not surprised at all.

Thanks..yesterday I had a chat with EA..they said,24 hours,and I will get the funds..still nothing!Ridicolous!!!

Go back to them and quote the case number you were given so they can identify the process.

been 4 days, no funds. no refund. will be escalating with paypal, as well as my state attorneys office. over $5.
