i have install the game in my pc ,the boot routine is ok but when i want start the game inmediatly the screen turns black ,what can it be that i can`t play

Try running in compatibility mode - it is an old game now, even though it is still available to purchase.

If this doesn't work, try contacting EA customer support where there may be a solution available.
