Why is chosen verboten?

The word 'chosen' is treated as offensive language if typed into the chat box (some players will see it as c#####.) In what language is 'chosen' an offensive word? Further, it is not possible to rename a base to the word chosen. Try it. Also, is there really a difference between an asskisser and a buttlicker? There must be because I can only rename a base to one of those words (I'm memorializing some of my coworkers by reference to their personality.) See if you can guess which one is legal.

Hopefully the developers can explain. However, you pose the question just at the start of a long period where I don't expect much in terms of response from them due to Christmas vacations.
