I'd like to open this thread again.

Hey, game druid i don't accept your answer and your explanation.
Soounds like - that is not our problem, that is ea global problem.
Ok , if you know about this problem close the server until it works well again.
Do you know what is ITIL ? do you know what is an incident?
If you can't provide service close it or fix it.
I pay and many of us pay money for the service which we don't have.

Situation in tib42 not a usual like you are hitting a base and the server starts lagging.
We are fighting near the fortress for the center and poi andvantage.
People haven't been sleeping for nights because of the time zone differenece eurove vs us.
Pay money. Our competitors can't win any fight against us. And what do we see ? When we caught them again this mornig accidentally we coudn't log in. Realy ? And the killed us easily and unfair.

If we pay for the service provide us this server.
I ask you to roll back the tib42 server for the status to the morning. Because that is not a usual sitaution.
Your are helping our competitors to win. That is not fair.

    There are still problems and this game and please do not tell anyone that it is the fault of the computer or the Internet but your EA fault, you are responsible for providing the service so please take us seriously!
  • it is not the first time that happens, you spend a lot of money to stay ahead, then just a disconnection at the right time, to change the situation in favor of the most (nice). let's do the right things please

    Login is now working. It is unlikely a rollback will happen, it never has when there have been problems in the past. This thread is closed as another thread discussing problems exists.

    The problem is that the Login hasn't been working for everyone like you said, therefore the unfairness. Our competitors made profit of this situation because they had some lucky guy who could connect and do what he wanted without any consequences. The authentification issues started yesterday evening (EU time) so a rollback to this moment (before all pvp during night happened) would be logical.
    You are admitting in your answer that you don't care about players problems, never did, never will and that's it.
    A bot scanning all the forum, auto replying "**** happens LOL" and then close the thread would be more efficient than you.

    4 hours without connection it is not acceptable

    When the login failed, it was broken for everyone. Those that gained an advantage were already logged in and didn't log out.

    In reply to those that suggest I should do more - as I am a player just like everyone else I can do no more. EA had a problem, the timing suited some players and alliances and not others. I can't control that and EA didn't control that. The players that stayed online took advantage - I don't believe those posting here would have done any different had they been logged on and the opposing team could not log on. It is part of life and gaming.

    I will repeat my statements earlier - the problems were not confined to Tib 42 so don't justify a thread on the outage just for Tib 42!

    If they 'rollback' then those that killed you will cry foul as they killed you when you were off-line and they were on-line. Others may have spent funds, used packages purchased etc. Their time on-line will have been wasted. If you were in the position of the other team, would you want the server 'rolled back' even if it was possible? I doubt it!

    I'm not pretending to 'not understand', I just can't do anything about it. My role is confined to these forums to help where possible and to help prevent the forums descend into anarchy by having multiple threads on the same or very similar topics. On one world, a fortress attack was compromised by the problems and I'm sure on other worlds similar issues to yours was experienced. Rolling back has never happened in my experience of this game, I'm not sure that it is even possible.

    you don't want listen to me. We shared screens with you. 9:59 all we knocked out. And 10:25 lviv was killed.

    Are you kidding? I told you that is not a typical situaton. We are fighting for the center. And competitors used a bug in the game and got advantage. It's like a boxing match with tied hands.

    Again. I pay more for the service. If you can't provide stable service. Return to me and to all our guys money for Tib42 and we done. Here.

    Return money or roll back server.

    your example is simply ridiculous, you don't give the fortress one day, you do it the next day, here the situation is completely different

    If you can't i don't see the reason to continue to play this game anymore. And other guys as you can see either. You can provide our interest to devs.
    We've been playing this server for 3 months , what for ? To lose everything because of a bug and you can't do anything ? Lol , are you kidding?
    Just try to do something. If you can't provide stable service return me my money and i'm done.

    We thought that after all the WCS problems the other worlds would be regular, but that's not the case

    You can invite devs here to this thread or somebody else who can do somethig.
    And yes i understand that you are moderator but please don't close eyes and say "ah,ok , sorry"
    That is not acceptable. We all have famylies, jobs. We spend money and time.
    I'd like to hear answer from whom who can do anything.
    So be so kind and invite them here

    We're not making progress here. Inviting them is one thing, getting them to accept is another.

    @sentierorosso I regret you think my replies are 'stupid answers' however you've not answered the points I made. If you were in the other team would you be complaining as loudly? They have also spent a lot of money and obviously had better attack configurations that you did defence ones.

    We have one here.

    You don't understand correctly. We had better offence and better defence in our cluster. They used bug to got advantage. We caught them again this morning. And they strike back with impunity. Like you gave them a key from a door and say welcome do what you want to do. That's why it is unfair.

    Druid i don't care what they will ask be on our side. When we talk about service and money your answers are not acceptable that is not serious.
    Btw they asked us in th beginning to play fair we had a deal. And what do we have now?

    Again that is not typical situation as you think. Morale worlds are mor expensive than usaul worlds. We are the first. We had center and poi advantage with bigger off lvl and defence. And they used cheap bug. Is it ok? Don't answer, just try to fix the problem.

  • Why don't you understand that we couldn't take up the fight because we were kicked from the server? !!!
    They started to attack at 4 am European time
    If they had better configurations, they wouldn't die this morning.
