20.1 PTE maintenance & patch notes March 4th

Hello Commanders!

Time for the first update of the year is here! We got another small update coming your way. This update comes some behind-the-scenes stuff, but also some new features.

We will take offline for patching around 09:00 – 11:00 UTC and return them back online after around 30 – 60 minutes, if there are no unforeseen interferences.

With this update we will also be resetting the PTE world and create a fresh start for the next testing phase.

Changes & Bugfixes
  • New statistics have been added to the Alliance Roster, including military strength
  • This comes with new rights management options to grant or deny access to these information
  • Defense Point cost for defense artillery vehicles have been reduced by 5
  • Paste Coords will now insert the cords into Drafts for new Messages when pressed while the window is open
  • Moving resource buildings around should now always display the adjacency indicators correctly
  • Diplomacy requests should now time out correctly
  • Advanced controls for the combat preparation layout can now be toggled in the options
  • An error has been fixed that caused the wrong time format to be used on browsers with Eng-US language settings
  • Time and date calculations have been made more robust across time zones and midnight
  • Your Relocation Tier is now displayed in the relocation dialogue
  • We readjusted the starting resources for new bases, to increase up to the 12th newly founded base

    Small error - title should be 4th March as that is when the reset/restart is to happen

  • if you want a quicker test maybe worth putting the minimum level at 55 or higher instead of the current 45

    For this test iteration we have decided to disable the PTE commands and award items instead on a weekly basis.

    The items will be added to the testers inventory automatically. Everyone who is joining PTE until tomorrow, 05. 03. 2020 will receive the first package. Then we continue every Friday with another dispensation.

    No PTE commands :( come now... That is what makes PTE worth playing. Especially RT. Also you probably noticed that patch version is displayed as ".20.1"
  • If you use The Movement Script revert back to the 19.3 version - 19.4/5 versions do not work in .20.1.

    Can't see any problem with TheMovement (.

    Anyway 21.1 changes again ClientLib.Data.CityUnits.prototype.get_OffenseUnits and similar functions that wrapper patches. but my regex version of wrapper still works.

    many problems on the other side with the new topbuttons extendedcombatsetup (and showsetup destroying objects) ... already working on TACS and TABS.. half way from good fix.

    Some players have old items that were unused, new items are to be issued today (5th March) and on Fridays each week.

  • @o0netquik0o maybe it is just my versions then. Also, I'm not having issues with TABS 2. PM me screen shots of whats going on and I can commit it to the official GitHub.

    What are the items that will be rewarded weekly? At start all I could see that was given was 1000 CP.

    I don't know what is to be awarded weekly. Tomorrow we'll get a different set to those that we get every week..

    I've suggested that rt cap be set to 2d12h and cp cap to 1000 but I don't know if that will be done. I've suggested 30d caps to be renewed.
