The Tab used for creating the next base

I have a major problem with the tab. It indicates the number 2 in brackets. I have three bases already, and it is pricing my fourth as the price of the fifth.

Can anyone help?

If it is showing the number 2 then it is an indication you 'purchased' 2 that are waiting for placement.

The price should be for base 6, the 5th one you can 'purchase'.
