20.3 PTE Patch Maintenance August 28

Hello Commanders,
We are ready to deploy the first set of changes of the next patch 20.3 for testing on the Public Test Environment. Patch will commence around 08:00 – 09:00 UTC. Expected downtime is around 1 hour, unless unforeseen complications arise.
Please make sure to test these changes thoroughly and report any bugs and errors you may find here in the forum.

We are also working on the possibility to retroactively increase the max levels of already existing worlds after they were launched. More on that will follow later with 20.3 when we are ready to test this on the PTE.

Changes:
- The attack range of bases is now being visualized by a red border when selecting a given base.
- The description of the relocation page has been updated to be clearer about the tiers of relocation cooldown.
- When founding a new base, invalid fields will now be grayed out to make it easier to find valid places.
- The Supply window has been reworked and allows you to redeem multiple crates at once now. Fields have been added to open or purchase multiple crates, displaying the needed Funds/Supply Points etc.
- Improved the blocklist for handling ingame mails
Bugfixes:
- Bug fixed that displayed the wrong button description with Spanish language (thx to nefrontheone)
- Fixed a display bug in the detail window for the Construction Yard to show the wrong values for the next level increase in storage
- Issuing multiple substitutions per day should not compromise the substitution counter anymore
- Canceling a substitution on the same day it was given should not count as 1 substituted day anymore
- Improved some localization errors in the Russian language (thx to KAT_Editor)
- Upgraded Forgotten Units appearing at level 50+ now award loot as intended
- Fixed a bug that caused the internal world forum not to display any threads
- Player status in lists ingame should be properly update now if a player loses their connection

"Visit base" don't works
"visit base" and "view base", do not work now. The environment is listed as 20.3.
A new feature is now when you sim a base or outpost the yellow text tells you who else is looking at the same target. Maybe worth adding this to the patchnotes, as this is a useful feature, I think.
If multiple people are watching then it does not list, just says "by many players" - not very useful
Something that is not present on PTE is a second field for purchasing multiple items with funds. I don't think we can cram everything into the limited UI space with 2 rows but we'll see.

One minor tweak, can the "you own" text and quantity be increased in fonts size?
Later we will have another test where we will manipulate the POI rewards values.
There will be no reset, the idea behind this test is to adjust levels on a world as it is, without resetting progress.
we have malus on level 40 bases, and here is a mix of 38 and 51...
