"Hard Army not building Palace/PropagandaCenter/StrategyCenter" Glitch in Skirmish
Hello:
When I play skirmish mode against a hard army, the AI doesn't progress through their build structure. No strategy center, only barracks and war factory. It only happens sometimes and on certain maps. Any idea why this happens and how to prevent it / stop it?
