EA are unlikely to announce a release in these forums, they are dedicated to the CnC:TA game mainly. The sub-forum for Red Alert is for legacy (ie very old) games.

To find out EA plans (if they exist) look at general games sites where you will find up-to-date 'rumours' or hard information about upcoming releases from all games houses.
