Nice Report button but nobody reads the reports.
Now im dealing with some racist little shithead and EA does nothing.

People do read the reports. The problem is their system requires 'evidence' and multiple reports of wrong-doing. If this had been on the forum, the clear rules would have resulted in immediate action. @EA_Roger may wish to look into the full context of this. (However, like many people he won't be in his office until Monday at the earliest - or working from home on Monday so don't expect a quick response.)

normally i dont bother with clowns like this but he does it on global chat daily and msgs ppl now too.

Thanks Roger. I think the title to this is totally unfair. I have a ton of issues with EA in my time Commanding and Conquering but 'allowing racism' is not on the list.

I do understand your frustration though!
