Problem for log

What should I do if I get this message every time I want to connect?

  • All Asian members of my team are experiencing the same problem.
    They can not login and this has been for longer than a week now.

    EA says they are looking into the problem, however seen this has been going on for longer than a week it seems they do this on their coffee breaks.

    This needs more serious attention

    Sólo puedo hablar por mi experiencia personal, algunas veces he tenido ese mismo problema y no me deja conectar.

    En principio pensé que podía deberse a un fallo de uno de los routers encargados de repartir el tráfico de jugadores entre los diferentes servidores de autenticación (un servidor de autenticación que no funciona correctamente/un fallo hardware) porque si borrabas cookies y cachés, al intentarlo de nuevo ya podía conectarme. A veces me costaba dos o más intentos pero al final conectaba.
    I can only speak from my personal experience, sometimes I have had that same problem and it won't let me connect.

    At first I thought that it could be due to a failure of one of the routers in charge of distributing the player traffic between the different authentication servers (a malfunctioning authentication server / hardware failure) because if I cleared cookies and caches, when I tried again I could connect. Sometimes it took me two or more tries but at the end I connected.

    Try to login to Origin. Then log out. Then try to log in to the game. (After following the advice above of clearing cookies, cache, history, session files - especially session files!)

    http://www,ccleaner.com is the source of the program I use to clear the session files.

    how can they log in and out if they cant log in to start with?
    thats the problem Avenger reported and so did i.
    youre reading off a script now like a helpdesk worker.

    its not an error 500 page, its actual login issues like Avenger posted.
    Ea acknowledged the issue but is doing XXXX about it.
    Its been like this for over a week now and we are having to sub all our Asian team members.

  • Have they actually tried to log into Origin? http:\\www.origin.com

    Origin is separate to EA.com - it will enable them to set 2 factor authentication too. Then try to log in to EA.com or the game.

    Until the above is tried we won't know if it will work!

  • I have a problem wherein I get a message that says I cannot log in as my account is incomplete!
    I had never previously encountered any problems with this issus but it's a pain.
    The only way I can log in is through Facebook. Why would that be?!?!

    Is it just the Rank that shows the error or is it other items randomly? It looks like an access to database error to me...... not that it helps much......

  • Some times "Rank", sometimes "Funds", sometimes "Alliance" or a mix.
    Yeah! Sounds like a problem accessing DDBB but not all the time.
    Some server working bad from game side or DDBB side. :-?

  • Yup. It asks for a reCapatcha code, then sends me an email, which instructs me I have to upgrade my account, which is weird, as I never had to previously lol. But here's the thing, when I enter my public ID, it tells me i'm already registered. I'm thinking,'' But you told me this was the upgrade my account tab, when it's the create ID tab''.
    ****? IDK Weird. Always used to be ok. Someone hacked me about a year ago, so I turned on 2FA and changed email/pw. Oh there's another thing. it gives me a link to change pw, but the new pw DOESN'T WORK! So I just use Facebook. Go figure.
    Something wrong with my laptop too. It doesn't always shutdown properly, fan starts up again and I have to Force stop it, which ain't good. I mention it because sometimes when I login, it seems to forget my login settings ( which is when I have to go through all this malarkey ( normally it just autologs me)), not just for this game, FB and Twitch etc too.

    I've never seen an option to log in via FB. Are you using some kind of password manager?

    I would definitely run anti-malware and anti-virus software because of the issues you're having elsewhere as well as here.
    I would also change to a different strong password in Origin directly rather than using any links you're sent in an email.

    I'm also not aware of an 'upgrade' to the account. This has set alarm bells ringing for me!
    Look in the Security section of Origin and it will list approximate locations you have logged in for nearly 3 years (it does for me). The locations I see vary even when I'm at home but they are all local to me in those cases.

    I got into the world OK via the world browser. Have you tried going direct or via the world browser?

  • One moment, one moment.

    With those images what I want to show is that the game is giving some problems with the authentication or access to the new welcome page (or obtaining information from the databases).

    But I can start playing with all three systems when I am already authenticated:
    - With the direct url of the world
    - With the World Web Browser and choosing the one I want to play
    - By clicking on "change world" and choosing the one I want to play
