Hey ,
what kind of Moral do we get on Tib 48? 4 or 6 Level? Could we get any infomation and the german Forum says it´s with Fa and without moral but i think this is just a mistake.

You are correct - the German announcement has been changed.

The World will start with regular Morale rules and max levels like usual.

Not enough to constantly harp on in global chat on worlds you now have to do it here also? Won't matter if they start 2 or 20 worlds anyway, end result will be the same for you

There is no point in releasing new servers since there are many where you can start and train yourself.
