supply points not added

:# Hi guys I am playing the new tiberium world 27th November 2020. I skip the tutorial because i am NOT a new player and I upgrade my base to level 6 without getting any reward like normally you will do. So I didn't receive my command points or the supply points that normally you will receive while you upgrade your base at the start. for me are important because i just add founds and bought some stuff that I can't use. :/

There are a lot of reasons to quickly go through the tutorial missions, one of which is the extra crates and another is that you will continue to generate low camps if you don't kill them when you generate them. Looking at the PTE will demonstrate what I mean as some players quickly upgrade given the 'cheats' and other options but drag around with them low camps when they move.
