tried all the directx versions..
nothing works,

support was unable to help, spent 2 hours then sent here! unreal!

However, have you tried compatibility mode?

Red Alert is a very old program.

Needs a bit of tweaking to get it to work on Windows 10 but I have Yuri's Revenge & Red Alert 2 working fine for me. Just put this DLL file in your game directory ~> https://github.com/CnCNet/cnc-ddraw/releases/latest (no need for Compatibility Options as this is the new version which doesn't require those.) Also, change your resolution in RA2MD.INI under [Video] & also in ra2.ini.
