wavy survival on tib 49

As an observant kind of person i get curious when a commander can stay untouched in 2 and 3 wavy for more than 72 hours. Of course thinking it might just be a bug, i was mug enough to put it to the test with one of my bases.
dear oh dear it was destroyed in 10 minutes. this i did twice just to be sure, more mug than sense.
Regardless of wavy lvl he appears invincible with no more defence than myself.
does a program exist to make me invunerable? if so can we all share it

If a program (or script) did exist it would be a violation of all sorts of rules of the game. However, I know of no such script.
