Another final maintenance today with some small backend changes and a fix for the issue with the world shutdown message not being displayed in All channel while the option to display World-chat in All chat is disabled.
This will require another faux-shutdown after the world is back to test the fix.

We have increased the POI bonus by a substantial amount, we hope this accelerates things in testing.

When the new shutdown the warning info is showed (too) in channel "All". ;-)
