Slow fps

I don't know what the issue is. I was fine last night and now all I get is 1fps. I have cleared cache, re installed chrome and no change. I tried Edge and have the same issue. I have another account that has no issues. It is even slow as crap as I am typing this msg. It seems to be user specific. Any ideas

Now my other account is doing the same thing on another browser. 1fps. The game is virtually unplayable at this point. It has been 7 hours since my original post. It appears that no one at EA gives a ****.

Low FPS is invariably a local issue and not a game issue. Background programs and downloading updates can all reduce the bandwidth available for the game resulting in low FPS as can some scripts.

If possible try a different computer and turn off any background programs except anti-virus and anti-malware (although they can be the cause of low fps too).

The fact it is slow when you're typing in this forum is another indication as worlds are not on the same servers as these forums which are operated by EA (NOT Evision).
