message all players on a world?

If I am in charge of an alliance is there any way to message players in the other alliances? Or a mass message to everybody on the world?

nope... and for a good reason...

It should be your funeral if you attempt anything like...
If i get a message that does not concern me or i don't give a "sumthin' " about, i'll try to kill any base of yours that is in a reasonable distance.

or put to good use some of the alternative accounts...
