Today the 300 cp expired and the max returned to 100.
Once noticed i did a refresh of the page, and the max returned to 300 cp
but with surprise the cp in the meanwhile were not computed and was lost.

Every 30 days the cp max is refreshed. You should keep an eye on the date/time things expire and refresh your browser just after the time. It takes a short while for the system to issue the refreshed max level to everyone on the world.

If you reactivate the 200 cp packet, to all the players in the same moment, once i refresh the page, the value should be calculated by your server, apart from the moment when i do the refresh, or not ?
