Players account lost

Wolverine8695 a member of our Alliance account has been lost by EA
After investing hundreds of $ they are not helping him get back on line
Just keep giving lame reason for it
He needs help recover his account
Can someone do something asap about this type of issue

    Unfortunately the only people who can help recover an account are EA.

    You don't indicate how it is 'lost' or the attempts to recover it that have taken place. Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, accessing the account and/or recovering it would rely on access to the email account used to sign up with EA. If that is now no longer available there isn't anyone here is able to help with.

    have his email address and he reset his password
    i logged on and there was 2 active worlds
    but W50 was missing

    how do you contact EA

    Is that World 50 or Tib 50?

    Are you sure that was the account he played on the world? If it is World 50 then lack of logging in for 2 years wipes the account from the world, but it should still appear in his world list.

    If you are certain, and it is Tib 50, can the account rejoin the world? In which case, the account wasn't the one he played on the world.

    Does the account name still appear on the alliance roster?
