I assume you've cleared your history, cache etc on the browsers you use.
Also, sometimes changing your location setting to USA on the very front page (near the bottom right) helps. I can't log in if my settings are correct for my location, but can change logon ID's frequently if it is set to USA!

The "technical issues" continue to persist. Can EA deal with the problem and not have me use VPN to continually "solve" the "technical issues" for them for login?

Had the same problem yesterday - tried everything - in the end router restart worked for me.
It is on the bottom right of the main screen.

It doesn't work for me. Only by switching regions using VPN can I resolve it for a time
