Here "technical access difficulties" but EA support only works from Monday to Friday, not on weekends. :-(

  • Hi, please advise. I have a desktop PC and a laptop. I can't log in to EA from one desktop PC.
After logging in, it writes this text. We're sorry, but we're having some technical difficulties. Please try again later. login from laptop works.

Clear cache, session files and cookies. Check anti-virus isn't blocking for some reason and try changing the set location to United States as this sometimes has the desired effect.

  • These helpful tips from @gamerdruid do not fix the "technical problems" in LogIn. :-(

They're intended to help with problems logging in - the 'technical issues' you and others are experiencing are transient and related to EA's system of verification (I think) along with their multiple tracking cookies (far too many in my view) and maybe the internet load at the time either locally or internationally.

  • Clearing cookies didn't help. Changing your password didn't help. Visit help.eacom for help with any of the following issues. It didn't help.

Yes, they do not help. Why don't the developers actually deal with it instead of this useless moderator?

Probably because 'this useless moderator' can do as much as they can! It isn't their system that is broken but the EA authentication part!

  • Are you still experiencing the authentication issues?

Please keep education active and do not denigrate the rest of the forum colleagues.

Whoever tries to help with his knowledge to solve problems is not, in any case, a bad person.

There is nothing that the game development team can do about a piece of EA's software infrastructure that doesn't work.

And another last thing, the purpose of a moderator in this forum is not to solve all the technical problems that we have, but to monitor the correct behavior of those who participate in it. And no, they do not charge for that task.

  • I don't know how many members are affected by this EA outage. In my case, neither EA nor Oring. All best practices start by logging in to EA or Oring. This is a fatal system failure. The last thing that works for me is joining this forum. I'm logged in here and I'm typing from a laptop. I do not understand why I could not play from the PC after the first day of the EA outage? The laptop was in operation for all worlds. As I changed the password for entering the EA, access for the game worlds on the PC was also blocked on the laptop. Accessing this forum on my PC DOES NOT WORK? If any of the forum moderators know any information about this bug, I'll be happy to share their information. Thank you.
  • This has been going on for MONTHS all I get if I try to log in in the normal way is as soon as I press enter I get This Page is not Working ea.com redirected you too many times Had to use a work around that logs me into the change world page of the account.
This happens on 2 desk Tops and a lap top.
The only thing that EA ensures works is the Buying of Credits
  • The main reason I didn't get into the worlds in my case was to change my password on the EA main page. That was a big mistake. Another reason was to restart the PC. I didn't restart the laptop so I could keep playing. Is there any way to get the game worlds where I'm registered. Thank you for your answer.
  • When the "technical problems" were happening it wouldn't even allow me to log into EA or Origin, the same error would come up.

I did not change my password for that reason and EA help support would tell you many things, including contacting a phone support that does not work on weekends, when the errors occurred.

But that is EA's responsibility, let's not look for other responsible parties.

  • Thank you for your response. I would like to ask the forum moderator to find out how to contact support. Best in writing. And what is necessary to prove the identity of the player. I have saved screenshots of individual worlds and payment documents. Thank you for answer.
  • I would also like to ask for a support phone number or a link. What language can I speak with support? I haven't been able to find out yet. Thank you

How to contact ea support varies by country/region.

https://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/ is the route for me in the UK, however it will be different for others.

When I use that I get a variety of options, including 'Origin'. Our game isn't listed!
As for how to prove it's you, I don't know but the main thing is likely to be the Password, old Passwords and email address as well as two factor authentication (in my case a sms message to my phone).

  • I just found out. that everything is fine. No need to log in, all worlds are up and running. I will try to add all possible information about me that will be possible. Thanks to all for your help.

Well, the "technical difficulties" seem to have caught up with me!

I have 2 factor authentication turned on and can't log in to the game.

EDIT: After a lot of trial and error I've found that with Chrome and Iron I can't login but with Edge I can. This is affecting not only my main account but all of my alts.
