lol you won't offend me, for me alts are normally very similar level to my main account to give me more armies and options for PvP no other reason to have them. If i do hit forgotten base it normally dies quite quickly as they are only for space for support bases. I am one of the lazy players that sits and grows for PvP and when the boss says jump to war I jump.
Tick Tock You just wrote yourself now that alt gives you more army, but what kind of fair play and skill can we talk about then? You admit that you are artificially creating an advantage for yourself. And before pvp happens, you need to dig the server.

alts are not a problem, its just that most of the players that use many alts to feed their main accounts all play on the same team now.
I do not understand why the developers are not solving the alts problem.
There is no alt problem in fact the alts at moment help fatten the game on different levels. Some are funded the same as mains others are helping in wings for now the alts are probably helping speed up next server lol. And ok yes some guys are using them to soften bases etc. The game mechanics allow it and if the guys have time to use them then they break no rules. The real problem for most is choice. Choice of server to play and at moment the choices are two.
1) Play or
2) don't play
All players that love the game and know how it has been in the past choose 1) to play but the real joy of the game has gone for the majority. First days of a server are find out who will win and join that team in a wing, collect your badge when ready then look for next server. Game over ;-( That is not the way the game was intended to be played.
Oh by the way i am also an alt my main account can no longer log into forums, is that an EA problem or a ban that Clown kind of problem? So for me alts are good, no alt would mean no forum.

hello clown, this game has always been the same essentially it works like this, one group will amass the largest score and recruit players from the other alliances while making strategic diplomatic agreements with the 3rd place team.
chadthurston so the question is, how will these players show themselves if their alts are removed? The mechanics of the game are such that everything grows exponentially. If you create an advantage for yourself at the beginning of the game, then it is practically impossible to catch up with you. Take the same koegy, I didn't play with him a lot, but I never saw alts on him. But I saw how he hits the bases, some of his blows in terms of effectiveness are simply amazing. I understand that in order to be on the top 10 server, in any case, you need to use donate, but one thing is when everyone uses donate and in equal conditions, and then the question is how effectively you can play, the other is when you artificially create an advantage for yourself with the help of alts. It makes sense to continue to write and explain I do not see my opinion, I expressed. All good luck!
Team work makes a team not all need to dig not all need to fight.
My alts are fully funded in the same way as all of my accounts and although that gives me another offence it is no more than my friends/team mates within that same ally would give, as any alt i play with gains its own position with the ally, if its not good enough it don't get to play. None are given false position. I guess my alt is less of an alt but more of an equal player it is not deprived like the alts we see many using. In effect i could be different players as i don't favour one over the other/s. The alts that you question that we all question are like lambs to the slaughter and are not played the same as the main accounts. These are the sad ones but they don't break any rules and the game mechanics allow them so we can't really complain.
We don't need more patches or fixes what we need is more servers and we need more choice for the community. Give more choice you will thin out the teams that dominate. You will give chance for other teams to grab a 3rd badge or maybe better. You then give the game a chance to survive and a chance for new players to join. As it stands at moment new players may try one or two servers then give up as they don't have the skills to compete and the ques for badges are too long. New players need to see they may have a chance to potentially win after playing a few servers. But the domination we see every new server stops the new from really getting involved and they move on to farmville or some other game.
More servers make them smaller but make them more. Four or five at a time would liven the whole game up. And start a new server every time a 1st badge is won. Or carry on as we are doing and game dies.
Personally i now spend 10% in funds compared to this time last year and i continue to hang around only because i hope things change. I now look for an alternative game but that is difficult as CnC was the very best when it was good.

ive seen koegy use alts and still lose a server [tib 41] i did notice the target selection and rt efficiency but i also saw mistakes, however alot of people are guilty of using alts to benefit the main and the idea is to use your alts to clear space or soften targets within 15% damage on defenses to make it easier for the main base to kill. in the case of project specifically, they clear space using alts or cooperating players in order to reach the largest possible targets with their main bases before spending cp initially, maximizing the rp/cp ratios and even further selecting targets based on credit or tiberium rewards which ultimately speeds the process of growth when accompanied by the correct base building procedures such as maximum credit faring in the first few days and balancing power requirements with resource intake. they spread out widely at first to have a greater variety of targets to choose from, without impeding the progress of each other by reducing economically preferable targets [cherry bases] within range of each other, the selection of starting sectors determined by the available poi at close approach to middle and strict tunneling procedures regarding poi handling and alt usage. the exponential growth mechanics are managed using various scripts most new players will be unaware of and certainly everyone must be employing if they play to win. nobody is perfect but some players are getting very close. couple all of this with a community now submersed in a culture of mass cooperation and the play environment is bound to go through not a small amount of player base frustrations.
