Games with CD case codes; EA won't validate
I have several physical copies of games (Generals + ZH, Tiberian Sun, Red Alert 2) that do not run on Windows 10. I have the registration codes from the CD cases, but EA Help does not recognize the codes and therefore will not add working versions to Origin. They also said there's no patch EA provides for these games so they will run on Windows 10. How do we get old games to work on Windows 10 that does not involve paying for the games a second time? Ideally EA would recognize the codes that they created in the first place...

Look for 3rd party sites that support these games as help here is going to be very, very limited.
The only advice is to try a compatibility mode but I suspect that you won't get the keys/codes to be recognised.
I'm assuming you've followed the advice here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-EA-Games/HOW-TO-Getting-EA-Classics-up-and-running-on-your-modern-OS/td-p/4766175 and failed.
