What is the max army rank for nod?

Has anyone ever played around with the combination of units to figure out what the max rank is for a Nod army? I see plenty of players max their units out at 65 and their army level varies.

All salamanders give the highest level of army level at any particular point. However it doesn't make sense on any world except the PTE as the repair building at max still and level 65 salamanders gives a lot of repair time.
