changing email

well, the number of times I have tried to change my email address as the old one is where all details of receipts are sent. in contacting support they want too much information to do this simple change they need ip address credit card details etc. if one is not 100% certain I am chatting to ea. plus if they could look up my account they could send details to the backup account when I try to change it to my new email I get a message saying the account is already registered. so frustrating
I have noticed others have mentioned this problem before with no answers given to how this can be done.

Envision has nothing to do with your EA account, server hosting, payment information or otherwise. You'll need to continue to work directly with EA.
