Not able to move base to new location

It's been almost a month since my base was destroyed. I'm not able to locate to a new base :( . Is there a way I can locate to new base

Click on the world drop down at the top right of the playing screen. That will allow you to relocate to a new sector. Choose your sector and click on the relocate button. If it isn't visible zoom to around 80%.
