I've merged three threads together as they appear to be about the same problem, probably the same player. This is the international forum and English is the language of communication here.
Buying game funds (what you're referring to as credits) doesn't buy increased command points. You need to use those funds in the supply section to purchase increases in Command Point capacity. You can purchase the increase for 7days or 30days. The size of the increase can be 200 cp or 900 cp.
Use of the funds should appear in the 'origin' account under purchases. http://www.origin.com and log on to see the purchases section.

Make sure to sign into the right world and check back after the maintenance today.
