Help. Problem logging into the game

help, I can't see my account.
When I log into the game there is only a sign hello and a black screen can be done.
I tried the same on different devices and browsers.
I've had it for three days.

Which world is it that you're trying to log into? Some players are experiencing issues of this type on worlds that were recently patched with 22.2.

Can you press F12 and do screenshots of the network tab and the console tab?

There is evidently some problem with login. For examle on new Firestorm 18 that started today, when you change interface language and try to relog, you are cut out from the game permanently.

Witam ten sam problem po aktualizacji 43 tyberia i kilka innych też. Nowy 18 Firestorm przy zmianie języka na polski zrobił sie czarny ekran. Czyli coś z językiem

czy jest ktoś w stanie pomóc. wkładam w tą grę jakieś pieniążki i oczekuje pomocy suport.
Zrobili aktualizację, gracze nie mogą się zalogować od kilku dni. A tu cisza.
W ogóle jest jakiś Suport?

Well as we have been told for Years now EA are the only ones who can solve LOG IN PROBLEMS.
NOT the Devs.
For past year if I try to load NORMAL Log in page I get a note telling me TRIED TO MANY TIMES PAGE UNAVAILABLE.
But I was given a work round script which past 2 years I have used to log on. Takes me straight into the Page where all my worlds are shown and I just pick the one I want.
Lucky I saved it in bookmarks and load via bookmarks
