Still have game stuck after maintenance

Example: Cannot play Tiberian 36 (Europe)

What is the reason that this topic is closed, when no solution is provided?


Actually I wanted to write a possible way to play the game after I have been stuck for a fourtnight.
I was playing Tiberian 55 as my Tiberian 48 was stuck after maintenance.

Normally I always has my browser in maximized window.
But for some reason i had switched to normal window and something happened, that made me think that maybe I should try to start the stucked game Tiberian 48 in normal window instead of maximized window.

And Vupti - the game startet with no delay at all.
I had been trying to start this every day since maintenance on may 17. without success.

As I cannot recreate the situation I only can recommend you to try if it also works for you.

The previous topic was closed as the problem it was referring to was issued with a hotfix and should no longer be happening. The size of the window will have no bearing on this, it was an error in the game code that has been corrected.

I've been able to log into Tib36 without a problem.

So I can't access 2 worlds since may 17: Mundo5 and Wrath13, even after the hotfix it does not work.
What do I have to do???

Disable all scripts is the first line of attack. Can you get into any worlds? Can you get into the PTE? (It has the same 22.2 as Wr13 etc)

Set your location to USA in Origin.

As you can see from the posts, the majority of people who had a problem can now get in (they'd still be complaining if they couldn't). The issue is something relating to either your account or the setup on your computer.

I find I need to use user agent string extension for Opera.

I am unable to access any world on my phone since the update

Phone access isn't supported (never has been) so you've been lucky to be able to access the game on your phone up to now.
