My brother purchased some apex coins a few days ago that he never received and still hasn't. Me and my dad have both emailed EA and have had no response we have proof of purchase and was just wondering can we get our money back or the coins that were paid for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think you've posted in the wrong forum. This game doesn't use Apex Coins.

Apex Legends (also published by EA) does use the game so try ea.com/help
