Como dice @gamerdruid, los scripts no son parte del juego pero la comunidad de usuario ha podido traducir una gran parte de ellos y si el idioma del juego seleccionado es el español, deberían aparecer traducidos.
As @gamerdruid says, the scripts are not part of the game but the user community has been able to translate a large part of them and if the selected game language is Spanish, they should appear translated.

Individual scripts may not be translated as they are not part of the game provided by EA/Envision.

You have got various languages to choice but originally the game select english by default.
