glitch on WRATH26

I have deployed my 19th base. All good, but when I upgrade the buildings (on my new base) they seem to be limited at level 65, although maximum level is 80. I still can upgrade them further, but when I right-click it looks again level 65 limited. What to do?

are you employing any user scripts? It may seem unlikely but in the event, make sure to check again without enabling those. Also make sure to be logged into the correct world, just in case.
