Cannot connect to main C&C tiberium Alliances

My worlds I paly on, create a snap, and then state to reload. It suggests to delete cache, and other resources, so it creates more memory. I did this, and it still carries on. If it wasn't for a link copied to get onto one of my worlds, I could not play. With that in mind, my good mate in America, cannot get on at all.. I use Chrome. Can anyone help, except for the standard results that chrome give - these aren't working.
